Radon Testing

Homeowner's have many reasons for wanting to test their home. For homes without a system, you may just want to know what your level is at. For homes with a system, the EPA recommends re-testing every 2 years just to make sure everything is still working. Homeowner's can have a crew member set a test for them, or they are welcome to pick one up from our office!

Our office also houses our state certified testing lab, meaning that you're not mailing the test anywhere and waiting weeks for results. Our lab has a 24-hour turn around from getting a test back and sending out results.

Our company is committed to keeping our community safe from radon. As such, we have changed our business structure to offer FREE testing for realtors for real estate transactions for homes without an existing system. Colorado doesn't require testing for real estate transactions, so by taking out the cost of these tests we are hoping to encourage more testing to happen.

Our Director of Measurement, Dan, handles all real estate testing. His schedule is constangly changing, but he always has emergency slots for those last minute real estate deadlines! 

We know that children are at a higher risk for developing cancer from radon than adults, about 20x higher, so we've worked hard to partner with schools in the area to ensure that our kids are staying safe. Drennen has tested thousands of classrooms across multiple school districts for over 10 years.  Drennen's expertise in radon goes beyond testing. We have mitigated numerous schools using conventional sub-slab and sub-membrane depressurization methods, and we work with school district HVAC and mechanical teams to adjust systems, reducing radon levels and improving air quality.

All of our mitigation installations come with a complimentary post mitigation test, which will be run in our state certified testing lab. We stand by our work, and want homeowners to have peace-of-mind when it comes to indoor air safety, which is why we offer free testing after every install.

When it comes to testing large buildings, partnering with a company that has enough tests and the man-power to set the tests can be difficult.
