Kick Ass-Phalt Warranty

The Drennen Difference

Most manufacturers have a more robust initial period of their warranty during which an approved warranty claim will cover the install labor and the cost of shingle components manufactured by them and present on the roof at the time of the claim. This period is typically 10-15 years.  This normally includes shingles, ridge and hip caps, ice and water, underlayment, and starter strips (if your last roofer installed them).  However, it still leaves the homeowner covering the tear-off labor and other components of the roof.

This is where the Drennen Kick ASSphalt Shingle Warranty comes to the rescue!

On any approved claim by a manufacturer that covers the cost of manufacturer components and the install labor during the non-shingle-depreciation period, Drennen will cover the cost of tear-off, drip edge, pipe jacks, replacement attic ventilation, and standard bathroom and kitchen vents.  This means that a warranty replacement actually feels like a warranty replacement, with little additional costs to the homeowner.

WE DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER COMPANY OFFERING YOU THAT KIND OF PEACE-OF-MIND.
