Scott Drennen - Director of Roofing
Following in Arnie's footsteps, Scott has gone from a kid running around the office to someone managing the trade. While licensed in radon mitigation, Scott's true love is the world of roofing, which is why he makes sure he is on every single roof we do. He is committed to making sure every roof we put on is not only code compliant, but also the perfect fit for the home. From helping home owner's pick the right color during the estimate process, all the way through the installation, Scott treats each roof with the love and care we know it deserves.
Rafe - Operations Director, Poppy - Office Manager
Rafe and Poppy are the dynamic duo of the office. When Rafe isn't jumping on roofs, he's in the office working hard with the finacial department, planning the future direction of the business, or building policies with Poppy to better our processes at Drennen for YOU!
You might catch Poppy on the phone, but she mainly works behind the scenes with Rafe and the various departments here to make sure everything is smooth sailing. With a passion for reading standards, she is our oversight for all actions happening in the field. These two function as the cogs keeping the machine moving!

Seth Roberts- Director of Radon Mitigation
Seth is our resident genius for radon mitigation. When he isn't in the office drawing plans for new construction, he's out in the field leading crews and designing systems. You might catch him doing an estimate or a pre-install walkthrough from time-to-time, but he shines brightest when there is a complicated radon problem for him to solve. There isn't a radon issue he can't figure out!

Dan Stephenson- Director of Radon Measurement
Dan is the friendly face of Drennen. As our Director of Measurement, he oversees all radon testing at Drennen and manages our in house lab. When not running tests for the community, he is off leading presentations for community events, meeting with local realtors, or building mitigation estimates for our community.
